Returns, Refunds, Shipping & Delivery Timelines

At Zoun, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or refund request. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing: 80% of our orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • United States: 2–15 days (varies upon warehouse location, mentioned next to each product)

    • Future Markets (UK, Canada, Australia, EU): 5–23 days (upon expansion)

  • Delivery times may vary/change due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances for which the company is not responsible for refund.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If your product is damaged or faulty, we are here to assist.

How to Request a Return or Exchange 

To initiate a return or exchange: 

  • Email us at support@zoun.in with your order number, clear photos of the item (if defective or damaged), and a brief description of the issue. 
  • Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions within 2–3 business days.

Damaged Products

Customers must notify us at support@zoun.in within 24-48 hours of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • 100% refund will be issued after verification process. (Product video, photos)

Faulty Products


    • Customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos, videos, and invoice proof.
    • Once approved by our end, All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, customers must ship the product to our designated warehouse (address will be provided by us through email).

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.

Customer Responsibilities

    • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.

    • Proof of return shipping (photo or courier receipt) must be provided by the customer.

Refund Method 

Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued either: 

  • To the original method of payment, or 
  • As store credit (Zoun Cash), depending on the specific case and outcome of the evaluation. 

You will be notified of the refund method once your return has been processed. 

Refund Timelines

    • All Returns should reach to our warehouse within 30days of receipt of the goods.

    • After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days. 

    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Non-Refundable Situations 

  • Severe Weather and Natural Disasters: Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays or failures resulting from conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters. 

  • Courier Operational Disruptions: We are not responsible for non-delivery due to courier-related issues, such as strikes, equipment failures, or other operational disruptions. 
  • Address Inaccuracies: Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or ZIP code provided by the customer will not qualify for a refund. Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.
  • Missed Deliveries or Refused Shipments :If an order is returned because the recipient (or anyone on their behalf) was unavailable to receive it or refused delivery, no refund will be issued. 
  • Packages Pending Pickup :Once an order’s tracking status updates to “Pending Pickup by Recipient” or a similar status, it is considered successfully fulfilled and is no longer eligible for refund consideration.
