1. Is it fully charged (Please charge it for 5 hours before the first use)
2. Is the cup tightened (After tightening, The transparent part of the cup body roughly aligned with the display panel, Otherwise it will default to an empty cup state and cannot be started)
3. Observe if the blade is stuck due to the large pulp. Solution: ① Invert the machine, Tilt the pulp onto the lid of the cup, wait for the blade to rotate, And quickly shake the cup at 45 or 60 degrees. ② Cut the fruit flesh into 1 * 1cm sizes

this is my favorite out of everything I purchased on temu
it is simply convenient at my finger. I love it only wish they had one with a bigger motor. this is 35 watt wish they had like 60 or 70 watt. same portable blender just a little bigger on the cup and on the motor. I love it very much much and used it every day to make shakes and smoothies at work until it was time to go home but unfortunately they took it away at the airport as I didn’t know it wasn’t allowed on the plane so I when I return to work in October I will be buying another one. just wish they have an upgraded version with the features I mentioned above or if you have a better version currently you could send me that information so I can buy when I return to America.
