Orders and Shipping
We process 80% of all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location:
India: 2–10 days
United States: 7–23 days
Future Markets (UK, Canada, Australia, EU): 7–23 days

Simply click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” option on our website. Enter your name, email address, password, and shipping details. Once registered, you can easily manage orders, track shipments, and save your preferences.
You can update your shipping address in your account settings before placing an order. If you’ve already placed an order and need to change the address, contact us immediately at support@zoun.in. Please note: address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and tracking information on the “My Account” section of our website. You can use this tracking link to check real-time updates directly on the courier partner’s website.
No, Zoun does not store or have access to your credit card or payment information.
All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment gateways, which use advanced encryption and PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance to ensure your financial information remains safe.
Your payment details are handled exclusively by the payment processor during checkout and are never saved on our servers.
Yes, applicable sales taxes (GST or local VAT) are included or displayed at checkout depending on your shipping country.
Currently, we ship to The United States. We are expanding to United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and select EU countries soon.
Most of our products are shipped in a single package. However, if your order includes items sourced from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate shipments. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

At Zoun, we want you to shop with complete confidence.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return or exchange within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@zoun.in.The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once approved and verified, a 100% refund or replacement will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll process a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, our team will email you the designated warehouse address for return shipment.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking proof.

If you realize the error immediately, email us at support@zoun.in within 12 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a change or cancellation by emailing support@zoun.in as soon as possible.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items.
