We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

• India: 2–10 days

• United States: 7–15 days (Most items by 2-10 Days)

• Future Markets (UK, Canada, Australia, EU): 7–23 days (once launched)

• Damaged Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund.

• Faulty Products: Report within 48 hours with photos, videos, and invoice proof. Once approved, you can ship the item back to our local warehouse. A refund is processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.

• Exchanges are possible on select products. Please email support@zoun.in for assistance.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@zoun.in with your order details.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll update the address for you.

• If your order has already been dispatched, address changes may not be possible and extra shipping costs may apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or updated on under your account shipping section. You can use this link to monitor your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website or our track shipment section.

• If the package is already in transit, we may not be able to change the address. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Currently, we ship to India and the United States. Very soon, we’ll be expanding to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and select EU countries.

Most orders are shipped in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple products sourced from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate shipments. We’ll keep you informed if that happens.
